We specialize in writing instruments, inks, paper goods, and related accessories. All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders are processed upon full payment via secure payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, credit/debit cards). We reserve the right to reject any order at our discretion.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. Any customs duties, import taxes, or charges incurred in your country are your responsibility.

5. Shipping

We ship worldwide using trusted couriers such as DHL. Delivery times vary depending on destination. Tracking numbers are provided via email.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal issues, or force majeure.

6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Returns are only accepted for unused products in their original, unopened packaging.
Used writing instruments (e.g., filled or tested fountain pens, inked items) are excluded from returns for hygiene and resale reasons.

6.1 Refunds

Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:

  • The returned item meets the criteria for return as described above (unused, sealed, in original condition).
  • The item has been received by us and inspected.
Refunds are processed using the original method of payment within 10 business days of return approval.

Shipping fees, customs duties, and transaction fees (e.g. PayPal fees) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified error on our part.

7. Warranty

All products are covered by the official manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable. In case of defect, you must contact the brand’s local service center or distributor in your country.
We are not responsible for warranty servicing outside of Greece.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
