Orders

You can order directly from our online store or by sending an e-mail. After order placed a confirmation e-mail will be send to you immediately. (Check also your spam folder)

Estimated order completion time 1-2 business days.

Products prepared for shipment are carefully checked for damage and packed in the best possible way so that they reach you safely. After order complete you will be informed via email with order’s tracking number and invoice.

European Union

Shipping cost and estimated delivery time is calculated automatic on cart and checkout pages.
Free Shipping for orders over 300 euros.

Outside European Union

Shipping cost and estimated delivery time is calculated automatic on cart and checkout pages.

You are responsible for paying Customs fees / Duties that are based on your country’s regulations. We are not responsible for any customs fees charged. If you fail to pay the duties and receive your order, we will refund you for the products less the original shipping amount paid after the package is returned to us. To help expedite delivery, DHL will contact the receiver on behalf of Customs to arrange for payment, which can be made easily via a link sent to them by DHL.

Returns / Refunds

The customer can request a return of the product within 14 days of delivery.

  1. Defective product – Product value and shipping costs are refunded. 
  2. Damaged packaging at our own risk – Product value and shipping costs are refunded.
  3. Receiving a different product than what was ordered – Product value and shipping costs are refunded.
  4. Canceling an order after it has been shipped – Only the product value will be returned.
  • Any refund is made after we receive the products back.
  • In all the above cases, communication between us must precede.
  • In the case of returning a damaged product, a photo of it will be required.
  • Products that have been used, or their outer packaging has been lost, are not accepted for return.
  • Communication between us regarding any receipt of a damaged product should be made immediately on the day of receipt or the next day, otherwise it will not be accepted.
  • In case 1 and 3 of above a product can be replaced without additional charges.
